About This Drawing

A woman sits in a garden reflecting on the long journey she has taken to accepting something in her life. A path emerges from towering trees that represent what was once overwhelming and winds its way forward to the subject and a lovely garden where she has found peace. Her expression is one of relief with a tinge of sadness.
